Processing Time

For custom orders please allow up to 14 business days for us to process and create your order depending on the volume of orders, as these are custom made and individually hand-crafted in order.

How much does it cost to ship the item?

UK Orders Delivery Time

Delivery time for UK is 1-4 Days using Royal Mail

International Orders Delivery Time

Delivery time for international orders is 7-21 days (custom clearance time added) after dispatch due. Custom clearance in countries can cause delays of up to 28 days.

Duties & Taxes

You may be liable to import duties and custom taxes on orders outside of the U.K.

All such items will be assessed by your Border Force and may incur customs charges. These are the responsibility of the customer as custom charges and laws differ by your countries law when the goods are purchased from abroad.

If you refuse to pay the custom duties incurred the parcel will be returned to us at the customer's expense. The expense includes shipping costs and restock fee. This amount will be deducted from the total of the order to be refunded alongside the restock fee per item (£5)
