Doesn’t look like example photos and letters were small and hard to read

logistics were terrible took a month to get here after being advertised as being able to make it as a christmas despite being ordered a month in advance, then once arrived the bracelet broke first day i had to have it fixed, the hook has a gap in it that makes it easy for it to fall off and get stuck in things because the chain isn’t thick enough for the gap.

This item took two months to arrive. The quality of the item was average. Customer service was okay. I complained but they couldn’t do anything. I’m quite disappointed in the shipping. It was in the UK for the majority of that time.
